In November 2024, Missourians went to the ballot box and voted to enshrine the right to abortion and reproductive freedom in the Missouri Constitution. Now, politicians in Jefferson City are doing everything in their power to undo the will of the people and reinstate an abortion ban in our state.
HJR 73 – the latest legislative attempt – has passed the House and will be heard next by the Senate Families, Seniors, and Health Committee.
Send the committee members a clear message: No on HJR 73.
Missourians across the state and political spectrum worked hard to pass Amendment 3 by collecting signatures, knocking on doors, talking with friends and family, and turning out to vote. Now, we are showing up again to oppose lawmakers' attempts to deny us our rights and undercut our democracy.
Missourians deserve the right to make personal decisions about their reproductive health care free from government interference – and the majority of Missouri voters affirmed this right at the ballot box.
