Driven by spirit with a focus on community, Melanie Randels is a community servant and a young voice with action for self-sufficiency and justice in all facets of the village. Born and raised in St. Louis, she graduated from Normandy High School.
She went on to graduate as Fontbonne University’s “Communications Student of The Year” in 2015 and has been serving her community as the Director of Communications for the youth centered non-profit organization, Young Voices With Action, since 2016.
Melanie is also a board member for the grassroots entity, The Wellston Community Coalition, where she helps empower the community to mobilize for social and economic change. In addition to assisting Missouri Faith Voices with bridging the gap between the clergy and the community, she has created camaraderie through The One Nation Network for Change, working toward progress and reform for people all over the globe.
